Many people who read my blog will also know my administrative assistant, Dina Turchi. Yesterday, at about 2:25 pm EST, I had the privilege and honor to be at her bedside as she walked peacefully into the loving arms of Jesus. It was the Lord’s kindness that allowed me to be in Texas attending a conference at the same time she was there receiving treatment and when I heard the news that her time to enter eternal life would be soon.
Anyone who knew Dina would agree that she was in love with Jesus. She served him tirelessly and wholeheartedly. I am ever grateful for her labor of love, her Godly example, and the legacy of serving that she left here.
Please keep her family and her fiancé in prayer, who have stayed by her side and have been with her throughout her illness.
We have hope, friends. We shall see her and all of our loved ones in Christ again… in minutes…according to God’s reckoning of time. “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.”
